ARTISTIC AND STYLISTIC ORIGINALITY OF THE PREFACE "TUHFAT-UL-KHANI"

This article is devoted to the analysis of the artistic features of the introduction to Muhammad Wafa Karminagi’s "Tuhfat al-Khani," a rare monument of 18th-century Bukhara Khanate historiography,. The study examines the traditional compositional structure of the introduction (hamd, na’t, praise of the Khan), the art of saj’ (rhymed prose), and the literary devices employed to legitimize the rule of the Manghit dynasty,,. Furthermore, the article explores the court traditions reflected in the text, including the "Turabardori" ceremony (inauguration on white felt), administrative ranks (Ataliq, Divanbegi, Parvonachi), and the socio-political environment of the 18th-century Bukharan court based on primary sources,,
