NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HIGHLY NUTRITIVE VALUABLE MELON JUICE

Abstract
In Khorezm and Karakalpakstan, research has been conducted on a new technology for processing high-yielding melon juices to produce high nutritional value. Obi Novvot melon, mainly grown in Khorezm region, was used to make the juice. The inner flesh of the melon was used to make the melon juice.
