This article examines the use of management art in the process of enhancing pedagogical mastery from a scientific and theoretical perspective. The study analyzes the essence of the concept of pedagogical mastery, its structural components, and the role of managerial competencies in a teacher’s professional activity. Management art is substantiated as an important factor in improving the effectiveness of the educational process through planning, organization, coordination, control, and analysis of pedagogical activities. In addition, teachers’ leadership qualities, pedagogical communication culture, and motivational activity are considered as managerial mechanisms for the development of pedagogical mastery. The article also analyzes, from a general pedagogical standpoint, the necessity of applying innovative management approaches in modern educational conditions. The results of the study demonstrate the significant role of management art in enhancing pedagogical mastery and ensuring the professional development of teachers.
