DEVELOPMENT OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN CHILDREN BASED ON ACTIVITY GAMES

The author substantiates how physical activity, healthy habits, social skills and mental stability of children develop through activity games. Methodological recommendations and types of games are also presented.
