Main Article Content
Abstract
This research paper examines the application of acmeology to improve pedagogical processes in preschool educational organizations. Acmeology, a field focused on the study of personal development and the achievement of excellence, offers a valuable framework for optimizing educational practice. By integrating acmeological principles into preschool education, teachers can create a conducive learning environment that promotes the all-round development of young children.
