Abstract

The frequency of amenorrhea in the population among women of reproductive age is approximately 1,8 – 3,5 % , among students 3,5-5,0 % (7) , and in the structure of menstrual and generative dysfunctions 10-15 %. Асcording to ( 16) primary amenorrhea occurs in about 10 %. According to |12], amenorhea in the structure varies from 3.5 to 11.0 %. The literature on the age-related changes in the echoparameters of the female genital organs in normal and pathological conditions is insuficiently covered, but there are only individual reports about some aspects of this problem [3, 10).One of the common methods for studying the organs of the female rергoductive вуstem is ultrasound scanning, which allows to identify the features of the position, configuration, shape, size, as well as anomalies, malformations, etc. [6.1].The method is painless for patients, which allows multiple observations in dynamics [12, 14, 15). should be noted that due to the low illumination in the literature, the ultrasonic parameters o the uterus in normal conditions and with primarу amenorrhea (PА) make it difficult to correctly interpret the results obtained by echolocation |13].
