Abstract

A personal development plan is developed to develop leadership in a challenging environment, as well as a development plan implementation process capable of bringing about significant changes in leadership style. The impact of corporate obligations on the well-being of employees is assessed according to the strategic goals of the organization. The influence of corporate obligations to ensure the well-being of employees on the development of organizational values that realize strategic ambitions is determined.
