THE IMPACT OF A PROPOSED TRAINING CURRICULUM TO DEVELOP THE SPEED AND ACCURACY OF SCORING BY JUMPING FROM THE FRONT BASKETBALL FOR PLAYERS AGES (14-16) YEARS
Main Article Content
Abstract
The research problem emerged in the pursuit of a scientific attempt to address this shortcoming by preparing a training curriculum that works to develop the speed and accuracy of shooting by jumping from the front with basketball for ages (14-16 years). Ages (14-16 years) and the most important hypothesis of the research is that the proposed training curriculum positively affects the development of speed and accuracy by jumping from the front with basketball for players ages (14-16 years). Then he applied the training research method and then conducted the post-tests for the research. In the third chapter, the researcher presented and analyzed the results he reached in the pre and post tests (after applying the training curriculum). Then the researcher presented and discussed the research results, and in the fourth chapter he touched The researcher presented the most important conclusions and recommendations he reached in his research.
