Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide a complete coverage of the concept of liquidation of business entities and the development of proposals for creating a legal framework to simplify the process of liquidation of business entities. Liquidation of a legal entity entails its termination without transfer of rights and obligations by way of succession to other persons.
