PROBLEMS IN THE TEACHING PROFESSION

Abstract

The level of professional knowledge and skills of a modern teacher plays a high role in strengthening and developing the spiritual spirit of the people, in the process of modernization of society, in inculcating spiritual values, national ideas, cultural heritage in the minds of young people. The professional training of teachers, qualification requirements will be developed and the content of education will be updated with modern knowledge and will contribute to the development of the pedagogical industry.
