Abstract

This article discusses the issues of demand for an innovative type of development of countries at the present stage. Where science, technology and innovation are designed to stimulate the pursuit of more equitable and sustainable development and contribute to the growth of the welfare of society by improving the quality of life and the level of security, reducing negative environmental consequences.
