Abstract

The competence of teachers in the pedagogical field greatly influences the assessment in the classroom. Effective learning involves the use of various teaching methods to improve students' skills and develop productive behavior. The assessment should be applied in every pedagogical element that is being implemented at the moment. This is because effective teachers influence students.
