Abstract

The article dedicated to the statuses of state control over the circulation of pyrotechnic devices in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the cases identified by the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the illicit trafficking of pyrotechnic devices  moreover opinions and proposals on the powers of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan in combating and preventing the crime of violating the rules of use of pyrotechnic devices.
