INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article discusses the priority issues of the development of the electric power industry in Uzbekistan. In particular, the potential of renewable energy sources and the legal framework implemented in Uzbekistan for the development of this sector. And also studied the activities of the “Scaling solar” program on the territory of the republic and its impact on the development of the renewable energy sector, to diversify the country’s energy balance and attract private investment.
