Abstract
In this article, the author reveals the specifics of the work of an accompanist in the class of choral conducting. Defines the terms "concertmaster" and "accompanist", explains the differences between these concepts. Indicates what skills a pianist-accompanist should possess in general and one working with a choir in particular.
