Hence the importance of the research lies in the fact that the player's access to the higher levels is determined by several factors, the most important of which is the efficient sports coach, as access to the higher levels is directly related to the extent of the coach's ability to manage the training process, which is in two directions, namely, the educational direction and the psychological direction, and this requires efforts from the trainer Great and distinguished administrative ability in the aspects related to physical, skill, tactical and psychological preparation. In addition to this, he is aware of the complex emotional network that exists between him and the team and among the members of the team.
